Printec WA follows Australian Consumer Law. Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items are eligible for repair, replacement, or refund. Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 14 days if unopened and in original packaging; return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Opened ink and toner are only returnable if faulty.
